We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate who brings both creative flair and operational precision to elevate our digital presence and build a consistent brand narrative.

- Creative design and multimedia content development
- Website, social media, and CRM management
- Ability to translate CRM and marketing data into qualified sales pipeline opportunities
- Development and execution of lead generation initiatives with measurable commercial impact
- Data-driven campaign execution and performance tracking
- Internal communications and brand engagement
KeyResponsibilities
- Design high-impact content for digital and print media
- Manage the website, CRM, and social media platforms
- Capture, edit and refine multimedia content for campaigns and events
- Track campaign performance, analyze marketing and CRM data, and contribute to pipeline growth
- Support lead nurturing, sales follow-up, and proposal development in coordination with the business development team
- Support internal communications and brand-building initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a business-related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Indesign, CRM tools, and digital platforms
- Strong understanding of digital strategy and content marketing
- Self-driven, organized, and collaborative
